I think we need to invest time in learning and evolving every day. We don’t know everything about everything and we don’t know what challenges we will face today, tomorrow or the next day.
In a work context, managers are often focused on the day job and “don’t have time” to get involved in HR. This is a short-sighted view if they manage people. HR doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s simple when you know how.
