Let’s collaborate!

I love collaborating with others.  I really do.  In the words of Jack Johnson,  I think we’re “better together”.

This week, I have:

1. Set up a strategy day next week with some fab lawyers to work out what we can offer to each others’ clients;

2. Arranged for another law firm to allow us to use their offices for some in-house training for one of our mutual clients; and

3. Started providing an outsourced employment law department for a rising star corporate lawyer.

You know who you are and I just want to thank you for opening yourselves up to collaborating.

The point is that we often feel the burden to sort things out ourselves.  It doesn’t have to be that way. Don’t struggle with HR and employment issues when you don’t have to. We can work on them together.
