What on earth is GDPR?!

We admit that we have been talking about this a lot recently and it wasn’t until someone got in touch to ask what it was all about that we realised that not everyone knows what it is.

 

GDPR is shorthand for The General Data Protection Regulations which will replace the Data Protection Act from 25^th May 2018.  It’s only 2 months away and if you haven’t done so already, now is the time to review how and why you collect, process and store data in your business.

 

We are focused on supporting you as an employer with your obligations with regard to employee data.  The law has changed and you may need to adapt your policies and procedures to comply.
