Feeling positive, testing negative

 Has anyone else reached a saturation point with posts and emails about ‘the new normal’, ‘we’re in this together’ and ‘now, more than ever’? I have.

So, it was really refreshing to get an upbeat personalised connection request yesterday which said “Hi Nickie, I hope that you’re staying positive and testing negative….I’d love to chat.” It made me smile and we arranged a meeting straight away. 

I’ve been using the phrase “feeling positive, testing negative” whilst getting ready this morning and I feel really energised. If you’re feeling low, give it a try and see if it makes you feel better too. ?
