What’s the Employment Lifecycle then?

Some of you may have noticed a colourful new symbol we are using.

We have been telling employers that we can support them with all HR issues throughout the Employment Lifecycle, from recruitment to dismissal (and beyond) and then realised that some people may not understand what we mean so we created a simple graphic to demonstrate it.

Wherever your issue is in the Employment Lifecycle, it’s part of a bigger picture of your relationship with each employee.  Don’t just get HR out to play when there is an issue, make it an integral part of your journey with your workforce and it will continue to evolve.
